ACCOUNT MANAGER
As an Account Manager with Nedlaw Living Walls you will be responsible for generating and managing Sales efforts for a growing Technology company. You will be responsible for prospecting and developing strategic actions and initiatives to increase sales opportunities. You will be responsible for developing and maximizing the Sales Strategy to produce revenue. You will also be responsible for supervising an Inside Sales Coordinator and external sales agents while you continue to enhance our Sales Process.
You will be responsible for accurately identifying and qualifying leads and effectively managing the sales pipeline to achieve quarterly revenue targets. This will include outbound calling and face to face meetings to qualify prospects as to interest, budget and decision-making authority.

Responsibilities:
- Create and communicate tactical and strategic initiatives aligned with the direction of the company.
- Actively build relationships and manage new and prospective accounts.
- Develop and manage Sales Channels
- Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve sales and earnings.
- Gather market intelligence and competitive information and develop strategies for improving Company’s position
- Interact with other departments and maintain visibility, discuss sales opportunities and resolve issues when they arise.
- Assist in developing marketing material and a Media Relations strategy
Qualifications
- 5+ years of related sales experience combined with a proven track record of achieving results
- Demonstrated experience developing solid relationships at multiple levels within an organization and with the various parties involved in a multi pronged Sales process.
- Previous experience participating in the development of marketing programs, presentation material, brochures and associated collateral
- Previous experience develop and managing Sales Agents including negotiating targets and developing Regional Sales Strategies.
- Proven ability to coach, develop and give direction to an internal support team
- Ability to multi task in a rapidly changing, fast paced environment and prioritize and perform work without supervision
- Experience working with Architects and Designers would be a definite asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be willing to travel Internationally as necessary to satisfy customer and job requirements

SALES COORDINATOR
As an integral member of the Sales Team, you will be responsible for generating and helping to qualify sales leads generated from target market campaigns. You will require an in-depth knowledge of the company’s solutions, competitive advantage and the marketplace.
This Sales Coordinator provides coordination and administrative assistance to the sales team. You will proactively conduct outbound calling and follow up, qualifying prospects as to interest, budget and decision-making authority. You will gain expertise in accurately capturing and qualifying leads; effectively managing the sales pipeline to achieve quarterly revenue targets. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a professional demeanor displaying self-confidence, decorum, and diplomacy.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- University or college graduate with a minimum of two years of Inside Sales or Sales Coordination experience
- Understanding and passion for the sales process
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Flexible and open to working in a continually changing environment
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Tact, discretion and extreme confidentiality are essential as this role has regular contact with senior management and with customers on confidential issues.
- Demonstrated professionalism and diplomacy with solid customer focus.
- Proven time management skills and ability to manage changing priorities with ease.
- Previous Marketing experience or training would be an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with MicroSoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, CRM
